Payment Terms
Payment is due 100% in advance before the item is shipped or picked up.
For special orders (indent), customers are required to provide a minimum 30% down payment, with the balance due before shipment.
Payment Confirmation
Customers are required to send proof of payment for verification.
Orders will be processed after payment is confirmed by us.
Prices and Taxes
All prices listed do not include shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
Taxes will be subject to applicable regulations (if applicable).
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of paid orders will incur an administration fee.
Deposits for indent items are non-refundable.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Late Payment
Orders may be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the agreed time.
Property Ownership
The goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
